The order of participation:
1. To participate in the conference "Recognition — 2017" you need until February 1st, 2017 send to Organizing Committee a request for participation in any of the following ways:
- via e-mail: recognition-2017@rambler.ru.Sending requests via e-mail is preferred.
- using fax: +7 (4712) 22-26-70.
- using post office: 305029, Kursk, PO box 232, to Titov V.S. (in Russian: 305029, г. Курск-29, а/я 323, Титову В.С.)
2. The working languages of the conference are Russian and English. In addition to the request to participate you need to send via e-mail: theses of the report in accordance with the rules (max. 2 pages) and application form. The last day to submit the theses — February 10th, 2017.
According to the materials of the conference will be published proceedings of the XIII International Scientific Conference. Proceedings will be indexed in RSCI (Russian Scientific Citation Index).
3. Until February 27th, 2017 Organizing Committee will send notification of the outcome of review of the theses for inclusion of reports in the scientific program of the conference.
4. Until April 10th, 2017 participants of the conference "Recognition — 2017" must transfer the contributions to reimburse the cost of the publication of the proceedings and report to us the date and number of payment order.
ATTENTION! Theses without registration fee will not be published.
5. Until April 29th, 2017 conference program will be sent to participants that are paid the registration fee.
6. The conference papers selected on the basis of peer view are planned to publish in the journal indexed in Scopus. Abstract guidelines will be posted later.
Information about the fee to reimburse the costs for proceedings of the conference will be announced later.
